**Job Description**:- Handle and arranging assessment schedule- Conduct assessment process in part of recruitment & development (Competency based): Administration of assessment, interview and descriptive reporting- Provide result feedback to user (Business Unit Head) regarding the results of the assessment and design the necessary development recommendations- Bachelors degree in Psychology and have mínimal 2 years of related experience- Have knowledge about employee selection process and related psychometric standards (Competency based)- Good communication and interpersonal skills, initiative and goal oriented. Able to work individually and as a team player- Must have Assessor certification from reputable institution- Willing to work in our Head office in Jakarta Barat, Puri KembanganSkill yang Dibutuhkan- BEI- Make assessment report"Waspada terhadap Modus Penipuan pada saat proses interview.
