Asset Collateral Management Associate, Lending

About the role: We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized Asset Collateral Management Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in fraud and asset collateral management within the banking or P2P lending industry. 





What You Will Do: Verify that all pre-disbursement covenants are met before loan disbursement. Escalate any discrepancies or issues found in the pre-disbursement covenant checks. Receive, verify, and process bank checks. Ensure secure storage of collateral assets (such as bank checks and certificates) either in a Safe Deposit Box (SDB) or through a vendor. Conduct monthly collateral inventory audits. Monitor and manage term saving transactions. Follow up and maintain To Be Obtained (TBO) documentation for outstanding requirements.  What We Are Looking For: Bachelor's degree in any field. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Office. Fluency in English is an advantage. Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
