Study similar brand campaigns and research target markets
-Analyse and stay on top of current marketing trends
-Work closely with the Brand Manager to assist in leading campaigns
-Leading end-to-end brand portfolio including new product launching campaign.
-Performing and conducting consumer insight, market research, and forecasting to provide innovation in brand development.
-Formulating brand strategies and innovation pipelines based on strong market analysis, competitors' analysis, and internal portfolio analysis.
-Managing and responsible for all activities related to the brand such as advertising, social media planning, and digital marketing.
-Evaluating new product launch within the brand, and managing product portfolio.
-Responsible for on-time project delivery while leading several project teams as well as driving the collaboration and coordination with related stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
Min. 3-4 years of experience in integrated marketing
-Strong understanding of offline marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, and CRM.
-Familiarity with the use of AI tools in marketing is a significant advantage.
-A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and branding.
-Excellent communication skills & analytical thinking
-Highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
-Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
-Experienced in leading small team.
-Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.
