The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Working closely and assisting manager for Strategic Brands Partnership
- Identify key opportunities and threats and plan accordingly to ensure sustainable business for both Shopee and Key Partners
- Define, implement and execute the business development/growth strategy for the assigned brands
- Developing online merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve sales targets
- Retain and optimize relationship with key partners to drive overall business and partnership.
- Continuously analyze the internal and external environment to ensure that the key partners remain highly competitive vis-a-vis the market
- Identify, establish and grow other local strategic partnerships
- Ensure sustainable Shopee PNL growth for all key partners business under Strategic Brands Partnership

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in related fields
- Fluent in English (written & verbal) with good communication skills
- Proven experience in strategic partnership roles, with a demonstrated track-record of developing, cultivating, and successfully completing a strategy
- Perform a high level analytical skills and data analysis with in-depth knowledge of PNL
- Seasoned external and internal stakeholders management skills
