Assistant Chief Accounting

Must know VHP System- Manage and oversee the entire accounting team- Conduct all necessary training to keep the team's skills and knowledge up to date- See that tax interviews are conducted properly with clients- Advise business owners and individuals regarding the tax code- Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled- Oversee the processing of state and federal payroll taxes- Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.- Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.Ability to commute/relocate:- Karawang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Assistant CA: 5 years (required)
