Job Description
Assist the Chief Engineer in the daily operation, facilitate effective repair and maintenance of the Hotel Asset Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Engineering and Maintenance operations in an efficient condition to ensure the safety and comfort of guests and employees Support Guest experience through programmed maintenance of the Hotel in all areas from Public Areas to Guest rooms Drive the Engineering team to be efficient and effective when it comes to maintaining the Hotel Asset Be a key leader of the Hotel's Fire & Safety culture, conducting training and ensuring the equipment is in top working condition following all local government regulations Department Training Champion, ensuring effective, regular training is conducted to Support the HOD's responsibility in this area Ensure safe work practices are followed at all times by the Hotel team & contractors. BizSAFE 3 Always look for energy, water, and other efficiencies that the Hotel can apply to reduce our impact on the environment and operating costs Led a team of engineering and Maintenance Specialists responsible for all engineering operations such as troubleshooting operations, repairs, maintenance of mechanical, and electrical service, and general building To ensure the compliance of all local Fire & Safety, building control & environmental codes and regulations Coordinate and link with various service companies, contractors, consultants, architects, government, etc. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. Preferably with experience in hotel, building facilities, or construction maintenance At least Bachelor Degree in Engineering Highly organized, and decisive, with the ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines and changing priorities Excellent leadership, teamwork skills, and a high level of initiative Strong in analytical, problem solving skills, and execution of work #J-18808-Ljbffr
