Assistant Designer

Requirement:- Female, 23-35 years old- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Fashion Design, Design major, or any relevant fields- Good communications, negotiations skill and ability to build a good relationship with customers- People person with a positive attitude and adaptable- Experience in wedding industry is a plus- Excel in Ms. Office and Photoshop (or any relevant software)- Fluent in English- Able to keep up with current trends and latest fashion trends- Able to work under pressure, deadlines, alone or in team- Able to work overtime- Detailed and work accurately- Very organized, creative, quick thinker, initiative, and work smartJob Descriptions:- Day to day working with the designer and help to assist the designer on everything from meetings, preparing collection, etc- Developing a more detail concept from the designer for collections, events, photoshoot or anything that needed- Do research on customer's demands for current trends- Make notes of the sketches specifications and references based on the designer's brief and outline- Organizing customer's files: sketches, references, notes, etc- Arrange fabrics, accessories, samples, and other materials required for the production- Help the production team to deliver the right spec, based on the designer and customer needs- Creating timeline and organizing the production departments- Monitoring the production schedule to meets the deadlines- Connects between internal and external suppliers- Attending all the fitting sessions and delivering the fitting notes accurately- Make sure all goods delivered in a good conditionsJenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, PermanenGaji: Rp5.000.000 - Rp6.000.000 per bulanPertimbangan COVID-19:Semua pelanggang dan karyawan wajib menggunakan masker selama di area showroom. dan wajib memiliki surat vaksinasi covidPendidikan:- D1-D4 (Diutamakan)Pengalaman:- Fashion, assistant: 1 tahun (Diutamakan)Bahasa:- Inggris (Diutamakan)
