**Responsibilities**:- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.- Manage employee relations and ensure a positive and productive work environment.- Collaborate with managers to address employee performance and conduct performance evaluations.- Manage training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.- Oversee the HRIS system and maintain accurate employee records.- Participate in strategic planning and provide input on HR-related matters.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial position.- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Experience in the hospitality industry.
