Responsible for maintaining proper accounting book keeping and process, ensuring company's financial statement is prepared timely and accurately, and to ensure projects in Accounting is well managed.
Accounting Operation
- Maintain proper book keeping and responsibility in day to day accounting process and ensure that accounting posting properly done, comply with local and group accounting policies/requirements.
- Review and monitor regularly direct and indirect accounting staff works and ensure that all accounting staff works completed with required deadline.
- Proactively involve in any ad-hoc projects as assigned. Working closely with other team and departments to complete the assigned projects.
Accounting Reporting
- Ensuring Company's Financial Statement prepared and completed accurately in timely manner referring to monthly reporting schedules and each component of financial statements meet with financial statements assertions.
- Ensure that all accounting listing and reconciliations completed on time referring to monthly accounting report timeline.
Project Management Assistant
- Assist and involve in projects which give impact to the Accounting process, book keeping, and reporting (such as system development and process enhancement, product development and changes, and others).
- Review proper testing (UAT) on the system development, as well as monitoring the result post implementation.
