1. Accounting Operation
- Maintain proper book keeping and responsibility in day to day accounting process and ensure that accounting posting properly done, comply with local and group accounting policies/requirements.
- Review and monitor regularly direct and indirect accounting staff works and ensure that all accounting staff works completed with required deadline.
- Proactively involve in any ad-hoc projects as assigned. Working closely with other team and departments to complete the assigned projects.
2. Project Management Assistant
- Assist and involve in projects which give impact to the Accounting process, book keeping, and reporting (such as system development and process enhancement, product development and changes, and others).
- Review proper testing (UAT) on the system development, as well as monitoring the result post implementation.

Qualification
Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting, and now is at Assitant Manager / Supervisor level
Experience
Minimum 5 years working experience in Big Accounting Firm, and /or Accounting Department.
Knowledge & Skill
- Having good knowledge on Local and International Financial Accounting Standard of syariah life insurance
- Having good experience on handling Financial Audit
- Having advance skill in Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Power Point)
- Ability to write and speak in English as well as Bahasa Indonesia
