**Essential Skills**:

- Desired background includes involvement in development and social sectors through roles in consulting firms, think tanks, donor/development agencies, research organizations, or government.
- Proficiency in communication, writing, presentation, and research (both primary and secondary).
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a strong passion for the social and development sector.
- Prior experience in sectors such as Digital Financial Services, Agriculture, Youth, Gender, or Climate is preferred.

**Detailed Responsibilities**:
Business Execution:

- Engage in setup and debriefing meetings for assignments
- Take charge of small and straightforward assignments while being supervised
- Perform assignments meticulously, ensuring attention to detail and maintaining high quality
- Aid in report writing and data analysis processes
- Establish connections with client's junior staff to collect assignment-related information and data.
- Assist in reviewing training courses, research papers, curriculum, and technical assistance provided to clients.
- Contribute to the enhancement of MSC's tool kits and other publications.

Professional Development:

- Conduct "Quality of Delivery"/Feedback assessments with team members post assignment execution following quality control guidelines.
- Aid in the development of fellow staff through offering guidance and advice as needed.
- Take responsibility for personal development by acquiring skills and knowledge that enhance organizational value.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Economics, Banking, Public Policy, Social Development, Public Health, Business Administration, or Climate.
- Alternatively, possess other pertinent professional qualifications aligned with specialized areas.

**Any Other Requirements**:

- Capable of completing assigned tasks under supervision.
- Skilled in cultivating strong interpersonal connections.
- Possesses a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in both verbal and written English communication.
- Well-versed in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
