We are hiring an Assistant Manager, Digital Ops to join the team.
Role Summary:
Assistant Manager, Digital Ops, will have a role to build excellent relationship with commercial business partners to optimize UMG performance and helping them to grow in the landscape of music market. Ranging from data collecting, data analysis, develop action plans, campaigns execution, strategy evaluation and review. The employee will also be introduced to business partners and develop a mutually benefiting business relationship to achieve company goals by building pitch decks and campaign reports. The employee will also need to collaborate with internal stake holders mainly Business Insight division, Marketing division, A&R division and external related third-party partners.
About this role:
Account management and performance monitoring
- Gathering and preparing insight data from internal and/or external tools related to handled account
- Build excellent partnership with handled account
Internal Coordination
- Engage with A&R & Marketing team for campaign coordination
- Developing company's owned social media account and CRM
Third parties/external Coordination
- Preparing and setting up advertisement/creator bookings with Business Partners and/or internal media team
Preparing presentation deck with commercial team
- Data preparation towards related account performance
- Data preparation related Marketing campaign impact performance
- Gather and analyze market data for related account
Desirable Traits:
- Music lover!
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed, preferably majoring in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, Statistic or equivalent
- Understanding social media analytics is advantage
- Mastering statistical programs/apps will be preferable
- Possess good analytical skills, problem solving, team player, entrepreneurship
- Strong verbal and written English communications skills.
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment while meeting critical deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, plus the ability to quickly learn and work with the new systems and software
