We are hiring an Assistant Manager to be part of our D2C Division in Indonesia.
Role Summary
Responsible for all eCommerce activities such as managing the day-to-day platform activities, analyse online customer behaviour, and oversee onsite performance and optimization, ensuring the latest content and features according to local campaigns and global product launches.
About the role:
- Track and analyse data from websites, search engines and digital marketing campaigns and report sales performance
- Identify and develop online marketing opportunities and research market in order to discover new trends and technologies
- Work closely with e-commerce vendor and stores ensuring smooth operational from order to delivery
- Ensure the daily operations of commerce activities such as shop management, stock planning and management, campaign program are well planned and well-executed.
- Develop promotional campaign for UM Indonesia e-commerce related activities
- Work closely with manufacturers and other part(ies) in producing items for UM Indonesia e-commerce stores.
Desirable Traits:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce
- Music lover!
- Curiosity, passion for all things digital
- Entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative attitude
- Possess good analytical skills, problem solving, team player
- Proficient in English
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment while meeting critical deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, plus the ability to quickly learn and work with the new systems and software
