Assistant Manager

Maintain good relationship with customer- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of business operations, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence.- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide guidance and support to ensure goals are met.- Lead and control sales team to hit the target.- Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.- Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate the performance of the sales team.Qualifications:- Age: max 40 years old, Minimun High School / Diploma- At least 1 years experiences with Supervisor or Assistant Manager in the related field is required for this position- Preferably have same experiences as Sales/Marketing/Key Account with same industry (Financial Services / Banking / Insurance)- Fluent in written & speaking English will be advantage- Computer literate especially MS.
