Develop And Implement Production Plans To Meet Sales Demand While Minimizing Costs And Maximizing Efficiency.
Manage The Inventory Control Process, Including Setting And Maintaining Appropriate Inventory Levels.
Lead A Team Of Production Planners And Inventory Control Planner Staff.
Collaborate With Other Departments.
Monitor Production Schedules And Adjust As Necessary To Address Issues Or Changes In Demand.
Analyze Data And Performance Metrics To Identify Areas For Improvement And Implement Process Enhancements.
Ensure Compliance With Safety, Quality, And Regulatory Standards.
Receiving Order And Collecting
Communication With Sales
Analyze Demand Forecasts, Sales Trends, And Historical Data To Create Inventory Plans.
11. Monitor Inventory Levels And Reorder Points To Prevent Stockouts Or Overstock Situations.
12. Collaborate With Procurement To Ensure Timely Deliveries Of Materials Or Products.
13. Identify Slow-Moving Or Obsolete Inventory And Develop Strategies To Reduce Excess Stock.
14. Assist In The Development Of Inventory Control Policies And Procedures.
15. Work Closely With Production And Supply Chain Teams To Coordinate Inventory Movements.
Requirement
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills.
Several Years Of Experience In Production Planning And Inventory Control, With A Proven Track Record Of Leadership.
Proficiency In Using Ms Excel With Complicated Formulas.
Good Communication In English, Oral And Written
Bachelor's Degree In Industrial Engineering.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Have Experience Minimum 3 Years as Assisten Manager PPIC
