Check Initial Line Balancing and Draft Layout

Responsible with Technical to operator's training for best methods with the help of videos and creating a sense of urgency for the time

Conduct cost analysis, time and motion study, system analysis.

Analysis for each process and improvement to effective and efficient process in production/minimize process

Conduct Basic Lean Training

Conduct Production Evaluation with related sections to solve problems and maintain productivity and quality achievement

Monitoring KPI and Create Weekly and Monthly Report
