We're seeking a proactive individual for the role of **Assistant General Manager**, focusing on day-to-day business operations and leading communication between shareholders and staff.

**Position: Assistant General Manager - Business Operations & Communications**
**Responsibilities**:
**Day-to-Day Operations**:Oversee and enhance daily business operations for efficiency.
Implement and optimize processes to streamline workflow.
**Representative Role**:Act as a primary representative for the company in various business interactions.
Build and nurture positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
**Communication Leadership**:Lead all communication between shareholders and staff.
Ensure effective and transparent communication channels are established.
**Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
**Problem-Solving**:Address operational challenges and implement solutions promptly.
Contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
**Reporting**:Prepare regular reports on business operations and communication activities.
Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
**English Proficiency**:Utilize fluent English language skills for effective communication.
Engage in business discussions and negotiations in English.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an agency or a related business environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Able to work long hours remotely, from Monday to Friday 9 am - 9pm and Saturday 9 am to 5 pm
**Salary**: Rp3,500,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month
