Assistant Project Finance Controller

Job Description
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for assigned projects.
Support the monitoring and analysis of project budgets, including tracking expenses, identifying variances, and providing explanations for budget deviations.
Help maintain cost control measures by monitoring project expenditures, analyzing cost trends, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, project documentation, and supporting schedules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, procurement, and accounting teams, to ensure alignment on financial matters and facilitate effective communication.
Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project finance management.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Project Finance Controller or senior management.

Requirement
Bachelor's degree from Reputable University majoring in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (GPA min. 3,20).
Fluent in English.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
Knowledge of project management principles and practices is a plus.
Prior internship or work experience in finance or accounting is preferred.
