We offer exciting career opportunities for individuals with the qualifications and experience in the following position:
Summary of responsibilities Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and plans Write and post job descriptions on various job boards, social media platforms, and the company's website Utilize various sourcing methods to attract potential candidates Conduct initial candidate screenings, schedule interviews, and assist in conducting interviews as needed Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely data entry and management Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies Generate and analyze recruitment reports Min. Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field (Bachelor's degree is a plus) Min. 2-3 years of solid experience in hospitality recruiting for hotels or resorts Posses at least Assistant Manager level in current or previous company Strong sourcing skills with a broad network and hands-on with posting jobs on social media and job boards In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting up to the onboarding with effective hiring strategy, employer branding techniques, and improving candidates' experience Comfortable working with targets, ahead with the hiring trend, and experience in mass recruitment is a plus Well-versed with the compensation benefits system, structure, and analysis Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and knowledge of the ATS)
