Summary of Responsibilities: Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities Assist in executing the sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue goals Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts Collaborate with Sales & Marketing team to ensure seamless service delivery Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry Has experience in handling international market (Australia, Europe, USA, Russia) Proven track of achieving targets, has strong organizational and time management skills Exceptional communication, negotiation ability, and interpersonal skills Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields
