The Assistant Manager Sales is responsible for the achievement of sales and distribution targets within the designated area through active sales in given sales channel. This will require extensive product detailing and demonstration to customers, improve and implement merchandising and visibility, and manage and increase distribution network in their designated area.
- 1. Grow the business in the specified region year-on-year by increasing sales and overall profits.
2. Responsible for the annual sales budget for the designated area in order to achieve sales turnover and gross-profit targets and negotiate business opportunities for the responsible area.
3. Build up and maintain a good business relationship between Omron and (potential) customers in the designated area.
4. Analyze, signal and report customer potential, market shares and sales in the designated area and develop action plans to increase market share and gather and share market and competitor information.
5. Evaluate, improve and implement merchandising and visibility of Omron products in primary sales channels
6. Ensure to maintain and grow the Market share for Omron Healthcare brands in the area responsible
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in distributor management / direct and indirect medical sales experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of managing sales team under distributor(s).
- Negotiation Skills
- Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
