Assisten Apoteker Office (Customer Service)

Verify customer-uploaded prescriptions to ensure they are valid and not expired.
- Confirm whether the customer is using insurance (cashless).
- Read and interpret uploaded prescriptions into the CRM system.
- Check the prices of medications ordered by customers.
- Verify the availability of medications.
- Contact customers to confirm the price of medications (if not covered by insurance) and provide delivery SLA information.
- Process orders.

Compensation:

- Jakarta Area: Rp 230,000 per day
- Minimum education: Diploma in Pharmacy.
- Minimum 1-year experience as a pharmacy assistant or in healthcare services.
- Proficient in drug literature and prescription reading.
- Detail-oriented with good communication skills.
- Familiar with MS Office.
- Willing to work in shifts, covering 24/7 operational hours.
- 5 working days per week.
- Not currently enrolled in any educational programs (e.g., college).
- 3-month contract.
