Associate Account Manager (B2B Online)

**Your main duties in flying with us**:

- Cultivate and sustain sales and product distribution within B2B online channels, focusing on hotels, attraction, and playground partners, to meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage sales and product distribution specifically for Metasearch and Affiliate Partners within the B2B online channel, striving to achieve set sales targets and KPIs.
- Serve as a technical bridge between internal and external stakeholders, offering business solutions and support as needed.
- Facilitate partner integration and technical development, overseeing the entire process from initial stages to the go-live phase.

**Mandatory belongings that you must prepare**:

- 3+ years relevant business development experience within online, e-commerce, mobile and / or travel-related industry
- Excellent sales track-record from affiliate partners business in an international environment;
- Solid knowledge and experience of affiliate marketing, travel and e-commerce industry
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both orally and in writing
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills are essential
