Associate Analyst, Marketing
Overview
Marketing Associate Analyst
Support the development of country marketing and public relations campaign end to end to end including press releases, sales materials development, advertising campaigns, and in-person and virtual events/ webinars.
Analyzes campaign performance using specified measures and evaluation metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.
Social Media Management: collaborate with Agency to develop content calendar and create engaging contents.
Role
- Localize global and regional contents, including facilitating/reviewing translated materials, to ensure content relevance for use in Indonesia.
- B2B Marketing: create co-marketing campaigns with partners.
- Actively collaborates with cross-functional and regional/global teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding, assisting in sales pitches and creating co-marketing campaigns with partners and merchants.
- Proactively monitors and analyzes market trends and best practices to identify new opportunities.
- Effectively partners with third parties (e.g., marketing agencies, translation agencies, event organizers, etc.) to drive desired outcomes including managing administrative work related to agencies such as contracts, POs, and Invoices.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing and public relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Experience in budget management and third-party management.
- Demonstrated ability to independently execute successful marketing and public relations campaigns.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
- Have ownership mindset, consider P&L, and puts forward a detailed and thorough planning process.
