You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and appeal of our property listings while leveraging your expertise to optimize our online presence and drive increased visibility and bookings.
**Job Description**:
- Ensure accuracy and currency of property listings, descriptions, images, and prices.
- Craft compelling, informative, and persuasive content to attract potential renters.
- Implement technical online strategies to enhance website content scores and improve rankings on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) for increased visibility and exposure.
- Register new properties (Onboarding) on Booking Engines, Channel Managers, and OTA platforms.
- Manage and update content and promotions on booking engines and various OTAs. Conduct weekly connectivity audits to ensure all listings are connected and bookable.
- Monitor and report technical issues related to properties, Property Management Systems (PMS), Channel Managers, and OTAs.
- Provide support data for data analysis to facilitate decision-making processes.
Job Requirements:
- Preferred experience with Online Travel Agents (OTAs).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
- Proficient in using a channel manager to manage online sales channels.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Demonstrates resilience, maintains an even temperament, and remains calm in challenging situations.
- Adaptable to embrace changes such as new systems and emerging trends.
- Willingness and capability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
