Key responsibilities:

- Manages and prioritises the executive and analyst's workflow
- Ensures best in class delivery of Ad Ops work
- Builds strong relationships across client services team and with client
- Delivers ongoing training to the team to ensure consistent and industry-leading expertise around ad serving platforms and other relevant technology
- Communicates and manages relationships with internal and external clients
- Ensures all campaigns are trafficked in compliance with established data taxonomies
- Deploys site side tracking across multiple tag management solutions
