Associate Business Development (Store Commercial)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Identify and close new sales opportunities to achieve targeted quotas.
- Generate leads, attend demo meetings, and close sales for SIRCLO Store products using a low-touch model to increase the number of acquired stores.
- Actively manage the entire sales process, from generating leads, developing credentials and solutions pitch, negotiating with potential clients, closing sales, to ensuring smooth handover to the Onboarding Team.
- Create thorough weekly, monthly and quarterly lead forecasts that are aligned with the company's target.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads and track the sales progress in the CRM system.
- Actively participate within the team in achieving the collective target while also ensuring that personal targets are met.
**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree from any major.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Capable of understanding and offering relevant solutions to SME clients using a low-touch model while liaising with technical and commercial stakeholders.
- A fast learner with a strong desire to improve.
- Highly committed to deliver the best results with perseverance, humility, and a positive outlook in the face of challenges and pressure.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of initiative, passion for the e-commerce industry, and agility to work in a dynamic environment.
- A goal-oriented self-starter with strong work ethics.
- Proficient in software and technology platforms, particularly CRM and Google Suite.
- Possess strong communication skills as you will interact with clients and senior management.
