Growth**Associate Digital Activation (CRM)**:

**Purpose of Position**-
Experienced using CRM Tools and adept at using data drawn from tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, CleverTap, and other analytics platforms. To draw insights about Jiva's customers, they will drive experimentation, including through A/B Testing and collaborate closely with Jiva's product team, to trial incremental improvements, before they are implemented holistically.- **Key Accountabilities**Design and run experiments to increase app activation rates, and feature usage; reporting on these to the growth team and broader audiences
-Distribute marketing campaigns / promotions, and business updates through in-app and external messaging channels (SMS, WA), including running automation, creating content, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting, and optimization
-Analyze and reporting campaign and in-app performance and trends,; recommend courses of action
Management of Jiva's CleverTap instance execution, including the creation of reports, dashboards, funnels, journeys, and other functions to increase engagement from automation of Jiva
-Collaborate with product, operations, and design teams across Jiva to drive awareness around specific features (new and existing) or rule changes
**Competencies**Strong data analytics skills, high proficiency with excel is a must, proficiency with other data analytics platforms and SQL is a plus
-Experience in the setup and tracking of cohort analysis and customer segmentation for digital products and services
-Strong understanding of events-based trigger systems for digital marketing, promotions, and communication
-Fluency with CRM tools like CleverTap in-app messaging and analytics platform such as Mixpanel
-Strong campaign management skills (execution, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering recommendations) and experience driving campaigns end-to-end
-Ability to design marketing materials using Figma, or similar is a plus
-Native Bahasa Indonesia speaker, and strong "professional/business" English language proficiency (written and spoken)
**Qualifications & Experience**Bachelors degree in marketing / media and communications / digital media /computer science, or other relevant degree
-2+ years' experience working on CRM marketing and "app activation", or similar digital experience such as website activation and optimisation
-Experienced in driving experimentation loops (such as A/B), including designing and running experiments to track improvement in app / website / feature usage rates
-Experience working in start-ups and small teams. This is an executing role with limited support

Increase in-app usage and MAU rates for the existing user base across Jiva's products and services
