We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of **Associate Manager Alternate Business Project and Insight.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage alternate business for Bancassurance, such as general insurance, credit life insurance and group life insurance products.
- Perform comprehensive data support on overall insurance business and provide insight towards more business opportunities (penetration, performance gap, sales behavior).
- Responsible for Insurance Digital projects including business case proposal and business requirements.
- Responsible to monitor all insurance product system inquiry both internal and external systems.
- Responsible to assist request from internal/external audit parties.
Qualifications
**To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor degree (S1)
- Proficiency in English
- Good communication skill
- Preferably to have prior product management experience
