As the Associate Manager, Retail Account Management (Nusa Tenggara), you are expected to plan, coordinate, lead, and control the area operations to achieve distribution, display, and sales (both value&volume) objectives within budget, time, and policy parameters. Ensuring timely collection of receivables and effective managements of deals budget and providing best sales people in the area.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Creating action plan for business plan execution (coverage & distribution, infrastructure, inventory, budget) and mplement sales coverage/deployment plans in all channel based on analyzing past/current results of sales coverage/deployment plans
- Control the achievement month wise primary and secondary sales objectives of the area for the entire product range and also control the service level and regularly submit, analyze, review, and communicate monthly area achievement report to provide corrective action and ensure productivity achievement as per objective
- Accountable to ensure all activities aligned with company policy within area of responsibility and implement strategy to transform distributor partner from basic level into partnership
- Monitor distributor performance through distributor score card and monthly key customers business review
- Ensuring the timely collection of receivables and implement the company's credit policy, maintain day sales outstanding and overdue outstanding as per stipulated norms Communication, coaching, people development
- Strengthen the organization through involvement in the recruitment process, regular training coaching, and development activities as per objective
- Appraise periodically, the individual performance of direct reports against agreed standards of performance, identify areas for improvement and give appreciation for the achievement
- Continuously develop the technical competence of the sales organization aligned with the principle to deploy best practice
- Succession plan and identify potential subordinates and develop their career path through development program
**Required Skills / Experience / Competencies**:
- Min Bachelor's Degree in any major
- At least 5 years experience in related field
- Someone who had handle and managed Bali Nusra area would have an added advantage
- Experience with Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) would be an added advantage
