- 1+ years of experience working with modern agile product development teams of engineers, product managers and designers.
- Passion for new technologies and proven capability in analysis and problem-solving
- Should be good in data structures
- Should be able to give technical mentorship to the junior engineers in the team
- Strong communication skills: able to communicate effectively with technical and non technical partners
- Strong grasp on system design
