Associate Product Manager

Engage in product discovery to develop and iterate MVPs, based on available data, user research and third-party sourcesGain a deep understanding of customers experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growthCollaborates with Marketing and Growth Team to ensure opportunities are effectively covered and advancedCollaborates with UIUX and Technical Team in product development lifecycleCreating detailed product requirement specifications for handover to the Tech TeamSelf-organize under scrum methodology to collaborate and deliver features to customersMonitor, plan, analyse, evaluate features and productsOversee the development and management of real-time systems to record revenue and costsBachelor's Degree from Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering, Business Studies Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalentMin. 2 year working experience in product management is a plus, fresh graduates are open to apply.A mix of great technical depth, principled thinking and well-honed product judgmentHaving strong business acumen, supply chain mindset and B2B product experience is a plus point.A creative product thinker who loves collaborating across the company with engineering, growth, business development, marketing, design, Data, Sales, customer success, etc. We design our space to encourage as much collaboration as possible!Extreme attention to detail, concisely communicates complex concepts, and is equally excited about 99.9999% reliability and financial correctness as well as beautiful product UX and API designHave experience managing technical software products from kick-off to shipYou thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
