**Responsibilities**
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality features that provide customer benefit and satisfaction.
- Proactively drive the development of monitoring dashboards to track relevant metrics that lead to actionable insights.
- Maintain responsiveness during work hours and promptly address any issues or requests for assistance from stakeholders; prioritize unless engaged in more critical tasks.
- Be proficient in the day-to-day product workflow and execution of new features, including involvement in testing and delivery to ensure there are no significant issues.
- Create precise and high-quality Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) to enhance the speed and quality of the tech team's development process.
- Support research and analysis of the competitive landscape, customer needs, product metrics, and current internet trends to identify and address product gaps, generate innovative ideas, and drive market share growth, customer experience improvement, and conversion rate optimization.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, finance, operations, and external stakeholders to implement new features and enhancements.
- Analyze product and business data to extract actionable insights and incorporate these insights into clear action items and product strategy formulation.
**Requirements**:
- At least Bachelor's Degree from top local or overseas universities with preferred GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business field is an advantage. MBA degree and consulting experience is a plus.
- Passion in data-driven product development; have a biased instinct to be data-driven when making decisions.
- Preferably someone that has a product background, but if the person is excellent (driven, smart, has a high ownership), it's pretty fine if they don't have any product background.
- Show a high level of ownership by independently leading tasks, taking responsibility for all aspects related to the product, and skillfully coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills and a keen intuition for understanding user behaviors.
- Able to communicate effectively both orally and in written form, in both English and Indonesian languages.
- Capable of quickly grasping and breaking down complex contexts. Comfortable with performing RCA analysis and growth tree visualization using the MECE framework.
- Data-minded whenever possible. Possess an in-depth understanding of the product's workings and how to measure long-term impact. Knowledge of the entire funnel. Proficient in designing, running, and interpreting experiments and A/B tests, and familiarity with SQL is a plus.
- Capable of adopting a business owner's mindset and genuinely interested in understanding customer behavior and motivations.
- Maintain impeccable follow-through. Follow up on commitments and hold both yourself and your team accountable. Pay great attention to detail.
