As a Product Manager Intern for Risk and Control at Moladin, you will be integral in ensuring the integrity of our financial services by assisting in the identification and management of risks associated with our customer base. Responsibilities Work closely with the Senior Product Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of product development, guiding projects from ideation to execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize platform features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. Engage with diverse teams to gather insights and translate innovative concepts into actionable platform features or improvements. Develop clear and concise product requirements to streamline the development process and enhance the quality and efficiency of the tech team's work. Facilitate productive discussions and coordinate the execution of development tasks with design and engineering teams, fostering a collaborative working environment. Gain a comprehensive understanding of Moladin's entire business process landscape to ensure that platform development efforts are closely aligned with organizational goals. Champion a culture of innovation by actively proposing and implementing enhancements that elevate the performance and efficiency of the platform. Requirements At least Final Year student from top local or overseas universities with preferred GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business field is an advantage. High Product ownership is a MUST. Has product background is a PLUS. Solid oral and written communication skills (both English and Indonesian). Willingness to learn, maintain diligence in work, and exhibit excellent time management skills. Impeccable follow-through.
