**Description**:
**What You Will Do**
- Integrate and manage multiple payment integrations with partners including principals, payment gateways, banks, retails, etc
- Create detailed and comprehensive product and business requirements for product development that are easily understood by others and able to present properly
- Visualize, plan, and execute product development smoothly together with engineers, product designers, and business stakeholders to reach a defined goal based on team velocity, estimated feature size, and business priorities
- Communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams and monitor the product implementation and ensure timely progress as well as manage expectations of multiple stakeholders and collaborators during product development
- Solve and analyze product challenges during the execution
- Conduct feedback sessions with end user and measure the successful impact of the product
- Create tracking dashboards and partner with data analyst teams to gain insights based on data performance and monitor metrics in order to improve the product
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, create mitigations, and actively engage with payment partners and customer service teams to resolve tickets with the ultimate goal of reducing them.
**What You Will Need**
- Have at least 1 year of work experience in product management
- Have done integration development with third parties especially related to payment gateways, banks, e-wallets, retail, etc, and have experience related to the financial industry or understanding financial basics
- Understand basic technicalities such as API flow, can learn quickly, and can assist in technical decision-making with the engineering team
- Problem-solving skill with a clear structure and analytical skills, focusing on consumer needs
- Proactive to make things happen, but stay critical when considering any execution
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment: Tech, Design, BusinessHave e-commerce experience is preferred
