Associate Product Manager (Platform)

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of a comprehensive platform solution catering to various business verticals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and transform innovative ideas into tangible platform features or enhancements.
- Create high-quality and precise PRD to increase the speed and quality of the tech team's development.
- Streamline and simplify complex developments within the platform to enhance efficiency across diverse business areas.
- Deeply engage in comprehending Moladin's complete business process landscape to align platform development with organizational goals.
- Encourage and contribute to a culture of innovation by proactively proposing and implementing improvements that uplift the overall performance and efficiency of the platform.

**Requirements**:

- At least a Bachelor's Degree from top local or overseas universities with a preferred GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business field is an advantage. An MBA degree and consulting experience is a plus.
- Strong product ownership is a must.
- Solid oral and written communication skills (both English and Indonesian).
- Willingness to learn, maintain diligence in work, and exhibit excellent time management skills.
- Data-minded whenever possible. You deeply understand how your products work and how to measure long-term impact. You know every step of the funnel. You can design, run, and interpret experiments and A/B tests, and probably know a bit of SQL.
- Able to grasp and break down complex context quickly; comfortable in doing RCA analysis & growth tree visualization using the MECE framework.
- You can "rewire" your brain to think like a real business owner would and are genuinely interested in understanding their behavior and motivations.
- Impeccable follow-through. You say what you'll do, and do what you say. You hold your team to this standard. You don't let details slip.
- You listen well. You build consensus by default, but can drive hard decisions when needed. You push the pace. You take blame and pass on praise. People love working with you.
- You thrive in a high-pressure, high-ambiguity environment.
