- Determine to understand and solve user's problems
- Design product flow and requirements, create & maintain Product Spec Documentation
- Maximize value of product and the work of development team
- Responsible for deciding trade-offs between scope, schedule, cost, and quality (Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact, build product roadmap)
- Collaborate with other tribes and divisions to create/improve the product
- Evaluate & research on future and existing features
- Actively involve in end-to-end project delivery activities using agile methodologies
- Monitor various metrics to improve the product as needed
**Requirements**:
- Understanding of basic product management skills.
- Excellent in English (both verbal and written).
- Familiar with services and integration api/webhook.
- Somewhat understand the concept or familiar with billing management system and finance-related products.
- Problem solver with clear structure and analytical skills.
- Able to balance priorities between product vision initiatives and client requests
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Proactive to make things happen and critical in ensuring progress.
- Be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Have experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or technical field is preferred.
