**Description**

**General information**:
Lead the execution of small & service, including under warranty projects with low complexity and ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with Hitachi Energy procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling targets.

**Your responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible to defines jointly with the Project Controls department, all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, overall project schedule and risk management plans.
- You will be responsible to ensures that the project follows Hitachi Energy project management framework and policies, effectively monitor, control project progress, efficient resource utilization, monitor and controls project financials, oversee project invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow.
- You will identify, qualify, quantify and manage risk, ensure that all opportunities are identified and pursued, capture, analyze and share lessons learned throughout the project and ensure that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed, drive the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer.
- You will be responsible to ensure that the project consistently applies contract and claim management, in accordance with Hitachi Energy policies and contractual agreements, coordinate with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procures required services, materials and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers and support Supply Chain Management in negotiation, claim and project change.
- You will act as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues, build, maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
- You will ensure the project follows and complies with Hitachi Energy health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility in own project actions in the site.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's degree in electrical (preferable) or other Engineering field.
- Fresh graduate or 2 to 3 years of experience in project management of small-medium size projects.
- Experience managing projects under different contractual models.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Flexibility, team work skills, result orientation, Proactive and highly organized.
- Excellent command and fluency in the English language.
