The responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, managing and assisting Partners, generating leads, setting meetings, making calls and holding negotiations with Partners. **Job description**:
- Build and manage a large pipeline of Partner leads, including B2B leads generation
- Ability to identify opportunities between Advertisers and Partners and promoting better partnerships between both parties
- Close new business opportunities to attain or exceed revenue targets
- Engage and meet Partners through multiple channels of communication
- Pitch to and assist Partners in signing up on the Involve Asia platform
- Guide Partners on how to utilize the Involve Asia dashboard to generate tracking links
- Assist in identifying areas for partnership and optimization of key potential Partners
- Support ad-hoc request including project management, cross functional collaboration
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and analyze metrics in order to recommend optimizations to improve performance
- Demonstrate the desire to take initiative and think out of the box and learn about the relevant product information Involve Asia
- Develop exciting strategies to boost your performance and execute them across the board with the team
- Attending and participating in meetings (if required)
- Updating Partner pipeline records.
- Reviewing sales performance against sales targets
- Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions
