Plan, execute, and analyze user acquisition campaigns across performance UA channels
- Analyze data and optimize campaign performance towards Return on Investment (ROI)
- Define KPIs and effectively drive CPIs and CPNU down, while identifying channels with high retention
- Lead detailed analyses of campaign effectiveness, including segmentation, creative targeting, and cohort analysis
- Track and report on key metrics on a regular basis
- Drive day-to-day channel operations in tandem with assisting in the development of the channel's long-term strategy
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to drive channel growth and to ensure campaigns are in alignment with brand positioning and long-term goals
- Foster new and current relationships with advertising partners
- Be proactive; stay on top of industry trends and best practices

- ** 4+ years of experience** in digital marketing managing direct response campaigns related to mobile app installation
- Deep understanding of the mobile user acquisition ecosystem
- Experience with Google Analytics/ Appsflyer/ Appannie or other web analytics tools
- Has a strong cross-functional leadership track record with great communication
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, planning, and project management skills with individuals at both peer and management levels
- Have strong data analysis experience and can articulate your findings with the team, and also with technical and creative stakeholders
- Hands-on experience in Facebook/ Adwords/ Ad Network Acquisition
- Familiarity with KPIs such as CPI, CPA, CPC, CPM, ARPDAU, and LTV
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data analysis) and PowerPoint
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task and implement high-priority initiatives
- Experienced in Gaming, Mobile, large-scale App space is a big plus
