Job Title:Associate, WFM Reporting**Job Description**:This JRF is about the global reporting team. The person selected will be caring for the reporting side of new/change request for the US client. The job will even curtail extracting information from the client tool and merging this information with the CNX side of the information and getting the output into to most presentable format for the client/stake holder to understand and analyze.**Key Responsibilities**:- Responsible for preparing daily, weekly and monthly client/internal reports.- Preparation of weekly performance / KPI reports and maintaining performance dashboards- Preparing ad-hoc reports & analysis for management reporting and needs- Assisting in automating reports by designing macros- Preparing Monthly performance data for incentives for Operations- Data extract and data upload from the client system to the CNX side- Capacity planning and Scheduling for process- Maintaining and updating trackers for ongoing programs & projects- Optimize use of tools/technology & to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the organization- Supporting key strategic projects involving Data mining & Analytics- Highlight data abnormalities that he may spot in the dataset before hand- Resolve escalated issues and requests from the account management\**Desired Skills**:- Excellent communication in English (Verbal and writing)- Advance Excel Knowledge (Dashboard Reporting and functions)- Complete understanding of Call Center Operational Metrics and calculation- Hands on Experience on Reporting through CRM Switch and Scheduling Tools.
