Asst Gm Operations - Cosmetic Manufacturing

Our client is a B2B cosmetic company. As part of their business growth, they are currently looking for experienced Asst GM Ops to increase their operations

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop sales and P&L strategies
- Supporting GM Ops for day to day operations
- Ensure product availability till customer delivery
- Coordinate with product development, regulatory, sales and marketing team
- Manage operations team to achieve sales target
- Work closely with Training team to improve staff ability in soft skills (customer service) and product knowledge
- Handling customer complaint
- Monitor daily activity in compliance to SOP standard

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG especially personal care - cosmetics/skincare
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Advance in Microsoft Excel, Presentation skills, and data processing
- Strong Leadership skills
- Good in time management and conflict management
- Customer-centric mindset
- Organizational, Interpersonal, People skill
- Business acumen, analytical skill
- Communication skill, verbal & written business correspondence
