**Job Deskripsi**
- Handle all of imports process including the documents and administration matters
- Coordinate with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries
- Monitoring shipment to ensure imported goods will be delivered timely to warehouse
- Coordinate with PNP,PPIC, warehouse and production team
- Keep all the record for international transactions
- Review paperwork and documents to ensure shipping and handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly
- Check HS Code and Bea Masuk
- Sort out items that receive facilities and those that don't
- Other related tasks as assigned

**Deskripsi Persyaratan**
- Minimum 3 years experience as Exim Supervisor (Bag/Garment Factory)
- Experinced in shipping or logistics Import
- Having experience for the certificate of origin (COO)
- Application process understand about customs Import procedures
- Understand about letter of credit
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Good network or relationship with government agencies
- Priority has a customs expert certificate
