The Assistant Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, manage client relationships, and drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Help in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals with potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products, services, and solutions to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, requirements, and expectations.
- Assist in conducting client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase Netweb's IT solutions and offerings.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyzing sales performance data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the IT market.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the IT Sales Manager and senior management.
- Monitor and update CRM system or sales management tools with accurate and up-to-date information on sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 years experience in IT sales or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: Rp5,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month
