**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Prepare Budget through System
- Update Retain (staff schedule) daily
- Prepare reconciliation between Retain and actual Timesheet
- Liaise proactively with the Senior Manager/Manager to resolve conflict in Retain and also follow-up for available staff

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Good attention in detail
- Excellent in Ms. Excel and MS Word
- Understand and able to speak in English
- Ability to work under pressure


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
