**POSITION: AUCTION ADMIN (SENIOR OFFICER)**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Preparing Auction Materials: Assisting in the preparation of auction materials, including cataloging items, creating auction listings, and ensuring accurate and detailed descriptions of items up for auction.
- Registration and Documentation: Managing the registration process for auction participants, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate. Maintaining participant records and managing the necessary paperwork.
- Auction Logistics: Coordinating logistics related to auction events, including venue arrangements, setup, and teardown. Ensuring all necessary equipment, supplies, and technology are available and functioning properly.
- Bid Management: Collecting and recording bids during the auction, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assisting participants with bid inquiries and providing necessary support throughout the bidding process.
- Payment and Settlement: Facilitating payment and settlement processes for successful bidders, ensuring timely and accurate transactions. Coordinating with finance or accounting departments to ensure proper documentation and reconciliation.
- Post-Auction Follow-up: Handling post-auction tasks such as coordinating item pickup or delivery, addressing buyer inquiries or concerns, and managing necessary documentation for finalizing sales.
- Database Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date auction records and databases, ensuring proper organization and storage of auction-related information.
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to auction participants, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with buyers and sellers.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications in auction management or related fields are a plus).
- Previous experience in auction administration or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with auction management software and MS Office Suite.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced auction environment.
- Knowledge of auction regulations, procedures, and best practices is desirable.
- Fluency in English.

**Salary**: Rp12,000,000 - Rp20,000,000 per month
