**Who are we looking for?**

Our client is a global management consulting firm who are working with a financial service client in Indonesia to support the company on developing their auto dealer prioritisation framework. This includes identifying priority auto dealers, crafting a value proposition and supporting on the ground implementation.

To support this work, they are looking to onboard a profile with deep experience in auto dealer management & a strong network of auto dealers (motorcycle/car & new/used vehicles) across Indonesia.

**Scope of work**:

- Share their insights on how dealers operate in Indonesia, how auto financing company can manage their dealers, important value proposition for dealer
- Craft & test dealer value proposition with the dealers in the frontline

**Requirements**:

- Strong experience in auto dealer management
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
- 8-15 years of experience in managing relationship with auto dealers
- Open to profiles with a background in auto financing, auto marketplace or insurance/insurtech

**Salary**: Up to Rp3,800,000 per day
