Automation Engineer - Universitas Sumatera Utara

Identify, assess, and prioritize processes suitable for automation using RPA technology together with users
- Develop RPA solutions for existing IT systems, processes, and technologies
- Perform thorough testing and troubleshooting of RPA solutions
- Create technical guidance to users to facilitate smooth adoption and utilization of RPA solutions
- Monitoring the performance of the RPA solution
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security, scalability and compatibility of RPA solutions within the existing technology infrastructure
- Keep abreast of the latest RPA tools, technologies and best practices
- Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, test scripts, and operating procedures for RPA solutions.
- Requirements :_
- Having at least 1 years sales experience in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Solution.
- Working knowledge of RPA tools, system development (.Net), and REST API / grpc / GraphQL Concept
- Placement in North Jakarta
