DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.- Developing and implementing strategic plans for efficient and safe maintenance operations- Coordinating with various stakeholders, including operations, inventory, procurement, vendors and health, safety & environments to ensure effective collaboration and adherence to machines availability schedules.- Managing multiple locations simultaneously, including assessing maintenance requirements, maintenance methodology, estimating costs, and developing maintenance schedules.- Leading a team of engineers and technicians, including recruitment, training, and performance management. Providing guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a collaborative work environment, and promoting a strong safety culture.- Conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measures to mitigate potential hazards associated with maintenance activities. Ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental policies.- Managing the procurement, maintenance, and utilization of spare parts and resources required for maintenance operations. Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary materials and technologies.- Analysing operational data, such as sorting accuracy, scanning rate, productivity metrics, and cost-efficiency indicators. Generating reports and presenting findings to management, highlighting areas for improvement and recommending appropriate strategies.- Identifying opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and innovation within the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul activity. Implementing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to enhance overall operational efficiency.**Requirements**:- Extensive knowledge and experience in maintenance management and operations along with 15+ years of working experience in maintenance management in Plant environment (Intralogistics, Food and Beverages, Pulp and Paper, Metals and Mining industry preferred)- A deep understanding of Intralogistics and sorting machine (Conveyors, Cross Belt Sorters, Wheel Sorters, Dimensioning, Weighing and Scanning Equipment) working principles is a plus- Ability to develop and implement maintenance strategies and programs.- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.- Ability to effectively manage a large team and achieve success- Strong leadership qualities to effectively manage and motivate a team of engineers and technicians, promoting collaboration and fostering a positive work environment.- Proficient in project management, including the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activity while adhering to machine utilisation schedule, project timelines and budgetary constraints.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders such as operations, inventory, procurement, vendors and health, safety & environments.- A mindset focused on driving continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to optimize maintenance procedures, reduce costs, and enhance productivity through the implementation of best practices and innovative solutions.
