Avp Business Operations And Assurance - Telco

Our Client is one of the early telco giants in Indonesia that has provided its customers in connectivity since 1960s. They are continuously evolving to provide a higher connectivity through innovations.

As AVP Business Operations and Assurance, you will report to the VP and support the whole new revenue stream financial operations and assurance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the operation process improvement and determining the strategy for the growth and cost efficiency of business operation
- Responsible to provide regular business performance reporting including revenue & cost and come up with regular business & GAP analysis
- Design a robust financial & business performance framework and continuously review it to find areas of improvement, including developing mitigation plans in a timely manner once any gap or risk is identified. The initiative should lead to operations excellence improvement
- Run and perform daily operation of revenue management & budgeting including operation process of cost spending
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across functions such as product owner, marketing, business planning/ revenue management, finance to strengthen revenue & cost management

**Key Requirements**:

- Background from fintech or telco industry would be a plus
- Experience in business process analysis, mapping, testing and design
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
- Experience working in an agile environment, proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow
